This is an appeal by Mitchell Anton, appellant/cross-appellee, as co-trustee of the Halpern Trust, and his siblings, against Jared Anton, appellee/cross-appellant. The sole issue presented in the initial appeal is whether the trial court erred in denying appellants' claim for treble damages pursuant to the civil theft statute. In the cross-appeal, Jared Anton claims that the trial court erred in entering final summary judgment in favor of one co-trustee...
