Alan Gerald Richards, Sr. was convicted of two counts of second degree vehicular homicide. On appeal, Richards challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, and he contends that he was denied effective assistance of counsel, and that the court erred in denying his motion for a directed verdict of acquittal.
