OPINION

SILER, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Millers Childrens Apparel ("Millers Childrens") appeals the judgment against it in a garnishment proceeding. Millers Childrens is the garnishee of the prior judgment debtor and principal defendant, Rita Andrews. We reverse and remand.
