This matter comes before the Court on defendants' joint motion for summary judgment. For the following reasons, the motion is granted as to plaintiff's federal claims, which are dismissed. In light of the dismissal of the federal claims — which provided the basis for the Court's subject matter jurisdiction — the Court declines to exercise its supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims...
