After T.C. pled guilty to one count of first degree child molestation, the juvenile court imposed a manifest injustice disposition of 104 weeks instead of the standard range of 15 to 36 weeks. The disposition was based partly on the court's conclusion that T.C. had a high risk of reoffending due to several other instances of improper sexual conduct to which T.C. admitted but for which he had not been charged....
