Missouri law limits the amount of money political parties can give to candidates for public office. The Missouri Republican Party and the individual plaintiffs argue that these statutory limits violate their First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and association. I believe that under the Supreme Court precedent of Nixon v. Shrink Missouri Gov't PAC the limits are constitutional, and I will therefore...
