JOHNSON v. STATE

No. 2D97-2084.

760 So.2d 293 (2000)

Adrian Derrell JOHNSON, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

June 14, 2000.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and John S. Lynch, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Robert J. Krauss, Senior Assistant Attorney General, Chief of Criminal Law, Tampa, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the judgments of conviction on appeal in this case. Most of the sentences on appeal concern offenses prior to 1995. However, the longest sentences were imposed for offenses occurring on April 16, 1996. Accordingly, we remand for reconsideration of sentence. See Smith v. State, 761 So.2d 419, 421 (Fla. 2d DCA 2000).
