James Edward Holt appeals his convictions of one count of rape and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to 20 years on each count with all sentences to run concurrently. He contends the trial court erred by (1) permitting him to represent himself because he did not knowingly and intelligently waive his right to counsel, (2) allowing the prosecutor to impeach him improperly...
