MEMORANDUM OPINION

CACHERIS, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a Virginia inmate proceeding pro se, filed this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action against several employees of the Greensville Correctional Center ("GCC") alleging violations of his Eighth Amendment right to adequate medical care. Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss, which was granted in part and denied in part by Order and accompanying Memorandum Opinion dated June 17, 1999.
