Plaintiff Kenya Runnels filed a complaint against Armstrong World Industries, Inc. ("Armstrong") in this court on April 26, 1999. In that complaint, she alleges that Armstrong, her former employer, discriminated against her on the basis of her race and sex in violation of Title VII. 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 (West 2000).
