OPINION AND ORDER
MARBLEY, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the Defendant's Motion for Sanctions. On May 8, 2000, this Court held a sanctions hearing to determine whether the Plaintiff's suit was filed in bad faith and without a colorable basis. For the following reasons, this Court finds that sanctions are appropriate under its inherent power and therefore
