Before the Court is a motion by Defendant José Rodríguez Sosa ("Rodríguez") to dismiss the indictment, conduct discovery, and recuse all the judges in this Court. Rodríguez' requests revolve around the status of the appointment of Guillermo Gil as interim United States Attorney in this district. He argues that Gil's appointment is unconstitutional and that therefore the indictment is null and void...
