Michelle Bowling sued Travis Pruitt & Associates, P.C. ("Pruitt"), a civil engineering firm, claiming Pruitt's negligence in designing a drainage system for a neighboring subdivision caused flooding on her property. Pruitt moved for summary judgment on the ground that the statute of limitation expired. The trial court denied the motion.
