[¶ 1] Sunday River Skiway Corporation ("Sunday River") appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Oxford County, Delahanty, J.) on a jury verdict finding that its negligent operation or maintenance of a ski slope was a cause of Andrew Hansen's injuries and death. Sunday River argues that it is entitled to judgment as a matter of law because Hansen's injuries and death resulted from the inherent risks of skiing and 26 M.R.S.A...
