[¶ 1] Nadim Haque appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Androscoggin County, Delahanty, J.) convicting him of murder, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 201(1)(A) (1983), and assault with a dangerous weapon, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 208(1)(B) (1983). Haque contends that the trial court erred by excluding the testimony of a psychiatrist that Haque was in a "blind rage" at the time of the killing; excluding all testimony by a cultural anthropologist...
