On March 8, 1999, Defendants Hawkins Market, Inc. ("Hawkins"), SuperValu Holding, Inc. ("SuperValu"), and William Mowrer filed motions for summary judgment in this discrimination action arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.1 [Docs. 41 and 43].
