This is an employment discrimination case in which plaintiff Richard Hady alleges that defendant Hunt-Wesson discriminated against him in violation of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 2000(e)-2(a)(1) (Count I) and wrongfully fired him in violation of Ohio Rev.Code § 4113.52 and Ohio public policy (Count II).
