After learning that a law firm had obtained his credit report in September 1994, William H. McAnly sued the firm, a partner, an associate, and a client claiming damages for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681 et seq. (1994) (the "FCRA"), intrusion upon seclusion, civil conspiracy, and breach of contract. Now before the Court is Defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings...
