MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Michael Wilkes brought this breach of contract action against AccuStaff, Inc. ["AccuStaff"]. AccuStaff moves for summary judgment. For the following reasons, summary judgment in favor of AccuStaff is granted.
