Appellant appeals his convictions for murder, arson and armed robbery. We reverse.

Appellant lived in Mullins, South Carolina with his wife and three children. Appellant's father-in-law, Billy Turbeville, moved in with appellant's family after Mr. Turbeville and his wife divorced in 1989.
