The defendant-appellant, Brian K. Collins, was convicted of rape as a class B felony1 and two counts of criminal deviate conduct as class B felonies.2 The trial court imposed an aggregate sentence of sixty years, consisting of consecutive twenty-year sentences on each count. The Court of Appeals affirmed in a memorandum decision.
