Plaintiffs Nicholas Axelrod Panagopoulos and Nancy Axelrod, Nicholas' mother, have brought suit against Phillips Academy, Andover ("Phillips Academy") claiming that Phillips Academy violated state and federal laws against disability discrimination and breached its contract with the plaintiffs by requiring Nicholas to withdraw...
