Plaintiffs, John Griffin ("Griffin") and Hodgeon & Anderson Iron Works, Inc. ("H & A"), have sued Defendants E. Dale Fenton ("Fenton"), Ronald L. Onken ("Onken"), and Rick Odle ("Odle") over a failed business venture known as ASI Manufacturing, Corporation ("ASIM"), in which Griffin, Fenton, Onken, and Odle were each 25% shareholders.
