On April 27, 1998, Defendants Jeffrey Haupt and Brooke Haupt (collectively, "Haupt") filed a motion for summary judgment in this lawsuit to enforce the terms of an employee benefit plan arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 as amended ("ERISA") [Doc. 5].
