Byron Barlow appeals from the trial court's order denying his plea in bar on double jeopardy grounds. Barlow's attorneys, Bruce Harvey and W. Sander Callahan, appeal from the trial court's order holding them in criminal contempt of court when they both refused to comply with the court's order to try Barlow's case.
