HEYBURN, District Judge.

Each Plaintiff in these eleven cases alleges a denial of separation benefits under their employer's change-in-control plan in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"). Each Plaintiff left his or her employment at Providian (now merged into Aegon) after a change in control and requested separation benefits. Providian's plan administrator determined that each left his or her job...
