This rather convoluted bankruptcy appeal comes to us for the second time. Mr. Stoebner, the Appellant, is the Chapter 7 Trustee of the corporate debtor, T.G. Morgan, Inc. (TGM). Stoebner brought an adversary action in bankruptcy court pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 549(a) against the Appellee, Parry, Murray, Ward & Cannon (Parry Murray), a Utah law firm.
