Defendant-appellant Steven Bernstein, a mortgage broker licensed in Georgia and owner of Georgia Mortgage Assistance (GMA), appeals from the DeKalb County State Court's grant of summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee Flagstar Bank, FSN, formerly known as First Security Savings Bank ("Flagstar").
