OPINION OF THE COURT

CAPPY, Justice.

This is an appeal by allowance from the Superior Court order reversing the PCRA court's dismissal of Appellee Charles Kenney's petition for post-conviction relief and remanding the case for trial. We reverse.

Appellee was charged in three separate criminal informations with various felonies arising from three separate incidents occurring during a twenty-four hour period spanning December 14 and 15, 1985...
