Plaintiff Marianne Quinn commenced the instant action against defendants Thomas H. Lee Company and Thomas H. Lee ("Lee Defendants"), Diet Center Worldwide, Inc. ("DCWI"), United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company ("USF & G"), and Francis Teti ("Teti") (collectively "defendants").
