This case is before the Court from the grant of a writ of certiorari to the Court of Appeals in Head v. CSX Transp., 235 Ga.App. 469, 508 S.E.2d 760 (1998), to determine the correct standard of review in cases brought under the Federal Employers' Liability Act ("FELA"), 45 USC § 51.
