Presently before the Court is defendant Ford Motor Company's (Ford) motion for summary judgment. Ford seeks dismissal of plaintiff's claims in their entirety. Having reviewed the memoranda submitted by the parties and the applicable law, the Court finds that there are no genuine issues of material fact and the defendant is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
