On March 13, 1997, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") filed suit in this Court against Global Financial Traders ("Global"), BGSG Holding Corporation ("BGSG"), John J. Kenna, Michael R. Reilly, Vincent J. Iovine, and David S. Coleman for securities fraud. Two months later, plaintiff Peter C. Ellison, on behalf of himself and all others similarly situated, filed the instant suit, also alleging securities...
