This is the second appearance of this case in this court. Barbara Joan Doehling was charged by accusation with DUI and speeding. Following Doehling's demand for trial, the case was placed on the trial calendar. At trial, during voir dire the trial court granted the State's request to strike the jury panel after finding it had been tainted irreparably by Doehling's counsel's mention of her status as a single mother.
