The issue in this case is whether the presumption of paternity bars Timothy Strauser ("Appellant") from seeking to establish, on the basis of blood tests favorable to his claim, that he is the father of Amanda Stahr, the youngest of three children born to April Stahr ("Mother") during her marriage to Steven Stahr ("Husband").
