The issues presented on appeal are whether Carlyna Allard ["Allard" or "appellant"] had a viable claim pursuant to the Virgin Islands Wrongful Discharge Act, 24 V.I.C. § 76 ["WDA"] and whether her complaint stated a claim for sexual harassment pursuant to the Virgin Islands Civil Rights Act.
