In this partnership dispute, Max and Shahrzad Moghangard, appeal from a jury verdict finding them liable to Siamek and Soraya Lamei pursuant to an oral partnership agreement entered by them. On appeal, the Moghangards contend that the trial court erred in denying their motion for new trial on the grounds that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict against Shahrzad specifically.
