A jury found Stanley Bolden guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol to the extent that it is less safe to drive and of driving without headlights in violation of OCGA § 40-8-20. Bolden appeals, asserting that the trial court erred by allowing the State to bolster the credibility of its witness during closing arguments.
