The Defendants were convicted by a jury on various counts of wire fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1343, mail fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1341, and violation of the False Claims Act, 18 U.S.C. § 287, in connection with their submission of claims for payment to Pennsylvania Blue Shield, Medicare and Medicaid.
