James Benn appeals from an order of the circuit court granting him a reduction of $100 per week from his current maintenance payments, but only on the condition that James first become current on his child support and maintenance arrears. He also appeals the circuit court's decision to hold him in contempt of court for failing to pay the child support and maintenance previously ordered, and the court's imposition of costs and attorney fees incurred...
