These related appeals arose from a claim of legal malpractice brought by appellant Carolyn Cagle, an attorney, against Baxter Davis, her former counsel in a divorce action. We find the trial court properly granted summary judgment to Davis and his law firm on Cagle's legal malpractice claim, and we therefore affirm the judgment in Case No. A98A1827. We also affirm the trial court's judgment in Case No. A98A1942...
