A jury found Bobby Rutledge guilty of armed robbery and possession of a knife during the commission of a crime. Pursuant to OCGA § 17-10-7(b)(2), the trial court sentenced Rutledge to life imprisonment without parole on the first count and five years on the second count, to be served consecutively.
