Judge McMahon held that appellant's discrimination claims against his former employer, Ottaway Newspapers ("Ottaway"), were time-barred under Section 706(e)(1) of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(e)(1), because he filed his charges with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), more than 180 days after the alleged discriminatory acts...
