On October 13, 1998, Scriptgen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Scriptgen") filed a complaint with this court, alleging that 3-Dimensional Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("3-DP") has infringed on various claims of U.S.Patent Nos. 5,585,277 ("the '277 patent") and 5,679,582 ("the '582 patent").
