This cause comes before the Court on Appellant's Appeal from judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, which was entered on July 17, 1998 by Bankruptcy Judge Thomas E. Baynes, Jr. Appellant filed its initial brief on October 20, 1998. (Doc. No. 4). Appellee filed an answer brief on November 13, 1998. (Doc. No. 9).
