OPINION

RUSSELL, Bankruptcy Judge.

The bankruptcy court entered an order overruling the chapter 131 trustee's objections to the debtor's plan, allowing compensation to the debtor's counsel, and denying the trustee's motion for disgorgement of counsel's attorneys' fees. The trustee appeals. We AFFIRM.
