David C. Brown appeals the superior court's order that he pay child support to his ex-wife Patricia Woods Brown on behalf of his son Christopher. The superior court rejected David's arguments that Patricia waived child support by allowing David to pay agreed-upon sums into a trust fund, that he should receive credits for certain expenses, and that the statutes governing interest on child support...
