Defendant was convicted of racketeering, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, and possession and delivery of a controlled substance. He appealed, challenging the racketeering conviction on numerous grounds and challenging the other convictions, as well. We reversed the racketeering conviction on the ground that the indictment was insufficiently specific as to a nexus between the predicate offenses that formed the basis of the racketeering...
