¶ 1 Mr. George K. Bradford filed for divorce from his wife, Mrs. Andrea O. Bradford, on June 10, 1997. In the same complaint, he alleged Mrs. Bradford had fraudulently conveyed a property interest in the couple's home to her son, Mr. James A. Demita, a named defendant.
