Does the discovery rule apply to toll the statute of limitation in actions for negligent pastoral counseling and breach of fiduciary duty, when the plaintiffs allegedly did not know that the cause of their psychological injuries was the improper sexual conduct their pastor engaged them in during the course of counseling? The superior court held the discovery rule does not apply in those circumstances, and it summarily dismissed the plaintiffs' lawsuits...
